The Facilities Department is responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment across all company premises. The department oversees the operational functionality, safety standards, cleanliness, and residential services that support the daily activities of staff, students, and residents. In addition, the department is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and renovation projects across all facilities, ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with approved standards, timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
Our services extend across BBS Campus, BIS Campus, FAWSEC Compound, FSHN Medical Centers and Jabreya Villa, where we provide integrated facility management solutions covering maintenance, security, housekeeping, and accommodation services. Through proactive planning, preventive maintenance programs, and continuous monitoring, the department ensures that all facilities operate smoothly, safely, and in alignment with institutional standards.
The Facilities Department operates under the leadership of Eng. Haifaa Al-Dosiry, Facilities Manager, who provides strategic direction and overall operational oversight for all departmental divisions.
She is responsible for ensuring seamless integration between Maintenance, Security, Housekeeping, and Accommodation operations, while upholding the highest standards of safety, efficiency, compliance, and service excellence. Through structured planning, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives, she drives the department’s commitment to operational sustainability and institutional support.
Our Four Divisions
The department consists of four main divisions, each led by a dedicated supervisor and accountable for a defined area of facility operations.

Maintenance Division
Under the supervision of Eng. Ahmad Mustafa
The Maintenance Division is responsible for the operational integrity and technical performance of all buildings and infrastructure across BBS, BIS, FSHN, FAWSEC Compound and Jabreya Villa.
Services Provided
Preventive and corrective maintenance of all facilities
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil works maintenance
Routine inspections and technical troubleshooting
Renovation and minor upgrade works
Emergency repair response
Periodic maintenance of accommodation units and towers
Execution of construction and renovation projects
The team ensures minimal operational disruption through structured maintenance schedules, rapid response protocols, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Safety & Security Division
Under the supervision of Hamad Al Hamad Alawiss & Ali Ghareeb
The Security Division ensures the safety and protection of students, staff, visitors, residents, and assets across all locations.

Access control and visitor management
Monitoring of entry and exit points
Emergency response coordination
CCTV monitoring and reporting
Crowd control during school events and activities
ID cards management
The division works closely with school leadership and administration to maintain a secure and controlled environment while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Housekeeping Division
Under the supervision of Wafa’a Ghaith
The Housekeeping Division maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across academic buildings, administrative offices, clinics and residential facilities.
Services Provided
Implementation of hygiene and sanitation protocols in accordance with health and safety regulations
Scheduled deep-cleaning programs during academic breaks
Monitoring cleanliness standards through periodic inspections
Coordination with the Maintenance Division for reporting facility-related issues
Preparation and cleaning support before and after major events
The team follows structured cleaning schedules and hygiene protocols to ensure a healthy and presentable environment at all times.

Accommodation Division
Under the supervision of Anar Kanso
The Accommodation Division manages the leasing and operational oversight of residential apartments located in Sabah Al Salem Compound and Jabreya Villa.

Leasing and allocation of residential units
Tenant coordination and support services
Management of shared facilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, parking areas, the Reading Hub, and the Multi-Purpose Room
The division ensures that all tenants receive continuous facility support, contributing to a comfortable and well-managed living environment.
Execution of Construction and Renovation Projects
The Facilities Department is responsible for coordinating and executing construction, renovation, refurbishment, and improvement projects across all company facilities. This includes identifying facility requirements, developing project scopes, coordinating with the Engineering Department, contractors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders, and ensuring that approved projects are delivered in a professional, timely, cost-effective, and safe manner while meeting the approved design, quality, functionality, and operational requirements of the organization.
